Rates & Insurance
Rates
- $195 per 50-minute session or $290 for a 90-minute session for individuals
- $220 per 50 minute session or $330 per 90-minute session for couples
For individuals and couples, this may include:
- Actual time spent in session
- Time spent in preparation for the session
- Time spent on usual and customary paperwork
- Time spent in consultation
- Short telephone calls or emails (less than 5 minutes) with the client for the purposes of scheduling or support
- Potential check-ins between sessions
- Assigned homework
- EMDR
Fees are due at the beginning of each session unless other arrangements have been made. Payment is made through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant text-based payment platform.
I'll give you a monthly statement or superbill for you to give to your insurance carrier. Please check with your insurance company to verify your coverage. I don't want you to have any surprises about your reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
I prefer 48 hours' notice, but if you call or email me before 7 a.m. on the day of our appointment for afternoon sessions, or by 7 p.m. the night before for morning appointments, you will not be charged. Without such notice, you will be responsible for the full fee.
